Rental Spaces

Main Gallery

3500 square feet

The main gallery is an open concept area with wonderful natural light and fluid layout, perfect for wedding or baby showers, speaker series, panel discussions, birthday parties, film screenings small weddings or dinner parties. Equipped with A/V, serving bars, kitchenette access and roll-in whiteboards.

  • Accommodates up to 60 people seated or up to 75 people cocktail style
  • $200 per hour (3 hour minimum Saturdays, 2 hour minimum Sun-Fri)
  • After paying for 5 hours ($1000), any additional hour is $100 per hour
  • $100 cleaning fee for every event
  • Available on Thurs/Fri evenings and Sat/Sun all day
  • Flexible floor plan
  • Access to 60″ round folding tables, 60 resin chairs, and cocktail tables
  • Includes access to: internet, bathrooms, easy parking and kitchenette

The Studio

350 square feet

Our largest meeting room is a blank canvas for every type of event, from workshops to small lectures. It is equipped with a whiteboard, A/V setup, and flexible furniture.

  • Accommodates up to 15 people 
  • $60 per hour (2 hour minimum)
  • $400 per day (7-10 hours)
  • $50 cleaning fee for every event
  • Available on weekdays, evenings and weekends
  • Flexible floor plan
  • Includes access to: internet, bathrooms, and kitchenette

Lighthouse Room

  • Seats 4 people
  • $40 per hour (2 hour minimum)
  • $250 per day (7-10 hours)
  • Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm only
  • No A/V, but can be private/closed off
  • Includes access to: internet, bathrooms, and kitchenette
